I got these because a buddy of mine suggested I do HRT and I was not so sure I wanted to go that route. These pills are strong! I take no more than two a day and most days only one. I find taking the suggested dose is too much for me and one seems to be enough for me, but everyone is different. It does not work like a pre-workout, but I feel that it gives me more energy and helps me not dread working out so much anymore.

A friend of mine recommended this to me. He had been taking it for a while and he said there were noticeable gains in his physical appearance (he could see the veins in his biceps). Keep in mind that we are both in our early 60's.

I feel this testosterone booster has helped and I will continue to take it.There have been no side effects or negative results. I can say the pills are a little large but nothing so difficult that it isn't easy enough to take with a glass of water.

I ordered it for overall brain health but had no idea how it would affect my balance. Extraordinary! I just ordered 3 more months worth. Also much improved mental clarity. Noticed both things within only 2 days! I won't be without it. I have never said that about any product.
I should mention that this version of Niacin apparently does not lower your blood pressure like most niacin. This was a very important factor in my choosing this particular one.
